I started Timber Therapy because I know men often struggle to find practical and effective counselling that actually works—something practical, direct, and grounded in real-world tools. Through individual therapy, coaching and group programs, I offer real strategies that help men move forward.

I provide men’s therapy in Brisbane that is action-based and provides solution-focused support – While we reflect on and learn from the past, our sessions prioritise real strategies for stress management, anxiety, depression, fatherhood, relationships, and finding purpose.

- Accredited Social Worker, Member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (#468107)
- Husband and father of three children, prior career as a tradesman and registered foster carer.
